Nick has been a driving force in the captive industry & at Captive Resources Incorporated (CRI) for 30 years. As CEO, he is responsible for overseeing operations while concurrently developing & driving strategy. A seasoned litigator, Rick has a successful history defending clients in high-stakes, high-profile litigation. Sarah brings over 25 years in executive leadership roles in marketing & business development. She is an Industry thought leader responsible for brand management, market creation & cross-functional team building. She has been a frequent featured contributor in industry magazines, seminars & conventions for B2B & B2C entities. Spanning privately held & publicly traded commercial enterprises ranging from $20M to $2B in revenue, Sarah has been a part of & reported directly to C Suite & BOD members. Her enthusiastic & creative approach to empowering others has materially enhanced internal & external relationships. Leveraging her customer-focused analytic approach to business development & marketing has enabled Sarah to excel at every professional stop throughout her diverse career. Tim has been an active participant in the Chicagoland commercial real estate development business for over 35 years. Having developed a keen eye for what works where, his award-winning projects include modest single store installations to major multi-purpose mixed-use developments throughout the local area. Founding Keystone Ventures, LLC almost two decades ago, Tim has honed his ability to create developments that enhance the communities which they serve while delivering material economic value. A proven entrepreneur, Tim brings a unique energy & creativity that improve the multifaceted end-user experience.

As Chief Business Officer at Captive Resource Incorporated (CRI), J.P. is responsible for oversight & direction across the company's entire platform of captives. Leveraging his experience at industry giants, including AJ Gallagher's & Willis, J.P. has developed an unparalled expertise in the captive insurance space.
